Just because you're renting an apartment doesn't mean you have to give up your best furry friend! The Summit Residences is a dog-and-cat-friendly apartment complex located on Madison's near-west side.
Pet Policy
We love dogs and cats just as much as you do! At The Summit, dogs and cats must be spayed/neutered and at least 1-year-old, and dogs must be under 40 pounds (breed restrictions apply.) Dogs are $45 per month, cats are $35 per month and you can have up to 2 pets total. If you have questions about if your dog's breed is permitted or if you have any other pet-related questions, please call (608) 238-2044 and we will be happy to answer them!
