When were The Summit Residences completed?
Units at The Summit Residences, at the corner of Hammersley Road and Heritage Circle, are complete and available now! The building opened in  May, 2022.

 

What will The Summit Residences be like?
Knothe Bruce Architects, LLC, designed an attractively modern, 53-unit, three-story building. Studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom+den and 2-bed/2-bath units are available. Each unit has a 10’x6’ or 10’x’10’ balcony. There is also one commercial space on first floor. The exterior of the building is of highly durable brick and “SmartSide,” state-of-the-art, wood siding.
 Residents looking for modern, spacious, luxury, near-westside apartments will want to check out this brand new community, just two blocks off of the confluence of Midvale Boulevard and Nakoma Road. What amenities does the building offer?

How quickly can I get around from there?

The site is located just two blocks west of the confluence of Midvale Blvd and Nakoma Rd. Take Midvale Blvd to Hilldale Mall in 5 minutes or the UW Hospitals or UW Campus in 8, take Nakoma Road to Monroe Street in 6 minutes or State Street in 14, take the Beltline to east or far west Madison in 10-15 minutes, and take Verona Road to Epic in 11 minutes or Tyrol Basin Ski Resort in 25.
